By submitting your music to GravesEnd Records for consideration, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the recording and have full authority to grant permission for its use.

If selected, you grant GravesEnd Records a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and promote your submitted track(s) as part of the GravesEnd Compilation Mixtape, in all formats (including but not limited to cassette, digital, and promotional materials), in perpetuity.

All rights to your music remain with you. This agreement does not transfer ownership of your work.

Participating bands will have the option to purchase copies of the compilation tape at a discounted rate for resale or personal use.

GravesEnd Records reserves the right to curate, sequence, and package the compilation at its discretion.
